サクラ. Tokyo, Japan 東京 日本。

こんばんわみんあ。
おげんきですか。

Today has been an a very tiring day!
In the morning I went to Ginza to see if the new iPad 2 has come out but the apple store didn’t have it yet, need to check when it comes 😀

after that I decided to go to Ryogoku to see the Big sumo hall but I could not get any good angle picture of it so I decided to try again later.
Then I got this genius idea to go to Yoyogi park because it was a nice sunny day !
but when I got to the Yoyogi station I could not find the park so I decided to go to Shinjuku-koen (park) but I was too tired to go to metro again to go there. I walked form yoyogi station there, was not a long trip. I bought some lunch and went to the park, sat on the grass and watched the sakura tree while eating my lunch.

Rest of my day went there than enjoying the park and taking pictures.
I can’t wait to see the park when all the sakura trees are in full bloom ! it will look like what heaven looks like probably 😀 if you believe in such things 😀

After I got around all the park I left home , stopped by the store to get some food and drinks for my empty fridge 😀
With my bad Japanese skills I could not figure out which things I need to wash my clothes tho 😀 I did buy something and I hope it is right 😀 we will see what color my clothes come out of the machine later 😀

oohh totally forgot I went to see the National Diet building as well.
there was something big going on since there were an Army of police in riot gear, ready for action.
When I was walking next to the wall of it, a police stopped me and asked me to wait and I saw some one important being taken away from there in a big hurry with many police cars protecting the main car.

I should have tried taking a photo of it but didn’t want to get in any trouble with the cops there 😀

was somewhat event full day !

I hope you like the new photos I uploaded 🙂 and thank you for reading my blog. (bowing to the computer screen)

  1. Thank you too for visiting my blog 🙂

I’m sorry if you felt that, that comment was insulting. That is just how I feel (I’m Finnish so yes Gaijin desuuu)
I like that I can hear Japanese around me a lot and not English or other languages 🙂
and it is also true that I don’t see a lot of “foreigners” here except me but for example today I saw couple so Slowly Tokyo is getting it’s tourists back which is good from Japan’s standpoint, Tourists bring in money 🙂

but again. I’m sorry if I insulted you in anyway and I hope your trip to Japan will be nice 🙂

  2. You should come ! The sakura will be amazing at april I can promise you that 😀

The mood in Tokyo is great at least from my point of view , I do know few Japanese people here and they seem to lively as ever 🙂

  3. Thank you so much for the updates! It does help me in making my decision whether to go over to Japan this April… can’t wait to see sakura.

  5. I enjoy your photos and your updates of Japan, I found you over on japan-guide.com … but I must say, as a gaijin, I was disappointed to read this statement:

“One thing I do enjoy is that I don’t see a lot of foreigner (Gaijin) in here now that all have fled to their own countries or south Japan , I do see some but not much at all ! 1-4 max a day 😀 ”

I would like to continue looking at your photos and share your blog with my friends who also traveled to Japan with me, but that comment seems a bit insulting.

  6. actually no, all the stores I have been in are always almost fully stocked , maybe some products have ended but most are still there 🙂

yea it will be beautiful 😀 I will be taking millins of photos of the sakura then 😀

I hope you enjoy your time in Japan 🙂

and thank you for visiting my blog

  8. Are you having any problems with food/water supplies?

Shinjuku-koen looks amazing and I hope that I will enjoy my “hanami” in April (forecast says that 7-14 of April should be the best period).
